Justine Ventura Mejia joined Kairos in 2022 and currently serves as the Impact Program Manager and as the Program Manager for The Kairos Impact Foundation. Ms. Ventura Mejia is responsible for developing, piloting, and measuring the success of programs and initiatives at properties within the Impact Strategy.
Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Ventura Mejia managed leadership development programs and civic engagement events at the Center for Asian Americans United for Self-Empowerment (CAUSE). Ms. Ventura Mejia also gained professional experience in legislative affairs with the County of Orange and in public affairs through large-scale community programs with ABC7/KABC-TV, the West Coast flagship television station for the ABC Network. Ms. Ventura Mejia is an active volunteer and currently serves on the California Youth Advisory Board of the Young Invincibles.
Ms. Ventura Mejia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy with a concentration in Public Policy and Social Inequality and a minor in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
