Focused Social Impact Programming

Our strategy with core programming is to focus resources on key areas that bring the most financial stress to families. Oftentimes, these programs are tied to key activities during the year like Back to School with the need to purchase supplies, Warm Winter clothing and the holidays. These programs are operated directly and through collaborative partnerships

We are focused on delivering social impact programs and resources that help families make ends meet, reduce daily stress and take care of daily family needs.

Core Programs

Kairos Impact Foundation works directly with our residents through their building managers to provide resources to high stress areas with the goal of providing relief and support so our residents can succeed.

We offer these programs on a consistent basis across our commitment categories, however, not all programs are available at all locations as many of these are underwritten directly by Kairos or by funds provided by a partner.

Partner Programs

The Kairos Impact Foundation Partner Programs are focused on combining resources to provide the most impact possible. We partner with credible nonprofits, academic institutions, businesses, individual volunteers, and government groups to provide various supportive resident programs and services that fit our purpose and impact goal.

We know that we cannot reach everyone alone, so we need the help and support of our partners to maximize our mission. Our partners, along with our wonderful donors, give us the tools and reach necessary to make an impact.
