The Foundation’s social impact initiatives are offered to residents in accordance with the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), encompassing the various factors in individuals’ environments that influence their health, functioning, and overall quality of life. These determinants, as outlined by Healthy People 2030*, fall under five key segments: Health Care Access and Quality, Neighborhood and Built Environment, Social and Community Context, Economic Stability, and Education Access and Quality.
Aligned with these national objectives, the Foundation’s approach is structured around eight categories: Affordable Housing, Career Development, Children & Families, Education, Financial Literacy, Health & Wellness, Nutrition, and Resident Safety. By addressing these areas, we strive to support residents in attaining economic stability while enhancing their health and well-being.
